With hands-on experience in civil construction and site servicing, Rob is directly involved in planning and execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. His focus is building long-term relationships with general contractors through reliable performance and clear communication.

Brad leads field operations and day-to-day production across all G&S projects. With a strong background in excavation and heavy equipment operation, he is responsible for crew management, equipment coordination, and maintaining quality standards on-site. His practical detail-driven approach ensures work is completed safely, productively, and to specification.
